Commit: Deposit Due Thursday December 1, 2011

Hi everyone! Welcome to China Sampler!

In order to proceed for registering in the course, you must commit.
How? Go to Study Abroad website linked above right.
If your status is Accepted, press Commit.

Commit authorizes Study Abroad to charge the $500 deposit to your account.
Deposit is due Thursday, December 1st. Click link below for instructions to pay.

December 1, 2012: $500
January 13, 2012:   $400
February 13, 2012: $400

 If you are on scholarship or funding that is not available by December 1st, please contact Frances Bryant --"Bryant, Frances A." <Francesb@iac.usf.edu> -- or Amanda Maurer (974-4126) at Study Abroad to see what arrangements you can negotiate. Be aware that the agreement you reach is binding.

Beijing is within reach! Welcome! For those on the fence, leap off! This will be an unforgettable experience and introduction to China. Money might loom large on the horizon now, but in my experience, taking the leap has always paid off.

GUIDELINES:

Enrollment Deadline: ROLLING, from now to 12/1/2011

Applications are accepted and approved on a ROLLING basis. Students are encouraged to submit their application as early as possible in order to secure a space in the course.
  1. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until enrollment limit is reached.
  2. Students accepted into the class after enrollment limit is reached will be wait-listed. After the deposit deadline reserved spaces in the course that come available will open the wait-list so that wait-listed students can pay the deposit and join the class.
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate students may apply.
  • Non-degree seeking students may apply.
  • Two full semesters at the university level are strongly recommended.
  • A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 in the major; overall G.P.A. of 2.75 recommended.
